Character summary: Arrogant teen prodigy hailing from the early twentieth century on a parallel Earth where alchemy was developed instead of the natural sciences. He's been a child soldier since the age of 12, although at this point in time he's a fugitive. Despite his impulsive streak, hair-trigger temper and bottomless reserves of bloody-minded stubbornness, he's not a complete jerk. A defining trait is his strong sense of responsibility, especially when it comes to his younger brother, who's basically his foil. When not getting into trouble, he's inclined to angst a bit; to be fair, he has a lot of reasons for it.
Appearance: Tiny - about 5'2", and that's with thick-soled boots on - but deceptively wiry. Long, thick blond hair (normally braided, sometimes in a regular ponytail), with a fringe parted in the centre and an ahoge. Gold eyes. Has a signature outfit (you can see most of it in his icons) incorporating a red duster, a white-trimmed black jacket, black trousers and white gloves; it does a good job of covering up his right arm and left leg, which are advanced steel prosthetics called automail.
